Laura earned her Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the prestigious Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2009. Laura’s rigorous four-year program included specialized training and clinical practice in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Western medical pathology and treatment, shiatsu massage, nutritional support, and other therapies. Prior to beginning her Masters program, Laura had a career in Public Health and she holds an undergraduate degree in Health Science/Anthropology/Sociology. Her desire to be more directly involved in patient care inspired Laura to pursue her education and training as a healthcare practitioner. Laura is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Oregon and is nationally certified in both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

Laura’s style is gentle, effective and participatory. She is committed to providing her patients with the highest standard of care based on an attitude of openness, warmth, professionalism and respect.
